RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Neela Kurinjee is committed to customer satisfaction. You may return an item within 3 days of receiving it, and we will refund the amount paid for the items, provided that they are returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition in the original packaging, along with a specified reason for the return.

Return Process:

• Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving them.
• If the received item is damaged, please inform our customer care team within 48 hours, providing pictures/videos of the item.
• Contact our customer care team, and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address.
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original box/packaging and includes our invoice.
• The products should be in new or unused condition without any scratches, marks, or damage.
• Refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account after the returned item is inspected in 3-4 days.

Exchange Policy:
We do not offer an exchange or replacement policy. Unwanted items can be returned according to the return policy. Please place a new online order for the correct product.

If these requirements are not met, Neela Kurinjee reserves the right to refuse the return request.
